A Dryden native, Kyle is currently in his eigth year of employment as a Cornell University Police Officer, and K9 Handler. As such, he fully understands the need for maintaining and developing a healthy and sustainable lifestyle through fitness and nutrition.
Kyle and Corey have experience working and training with a diverse group of individual athletes and sports teams. Together, they have a deep understanding of their unique sport needs in terms of exercise and nutrition. Specifically, they have worked with the Lansing Girls Varsity Soccer Team, the Ithaca College Softball Team, and a variety of high school, college, and professional baseball players.
Corey has also trained over 500+ baseball players, and became the TC3 Baseball Strength & Conditioning Coach in the fall of 2014. He is also responsible for developing and implementing specific programs for professional baseball players.
