Torr Na Lochs' location is truly unparalleled, overlooking both Inks and Buchanan lakes. The decomposed granite soil nourishes the Malbec, Syrah, and Petite Sirah grapes growing in one of the winery's vineyards.

The owners, Blake and Karen DeBerry, purchased this 180-acre property in 2004 with plans to build a house for retirement. Inspired by their visit to Margaret River, a wine-producing area in Southwestern Australia, they enrolled Karen at Texas Tech University to earn her certificate in Viticulture. Their passion for wine-growing and producing, as well as their love for Texas, led them to create the Torr Na Lochs Winery.

Torr Na Lochs' ambience is one that truly captures the essence of the Texas Hill Country, with its panoramic views and warm hospitality. The winery's tasting room is open on Thursdays and Sundays from 1-5 PM and on Fridays and Saturdays from 1-6 PM. Please note that effective 11/01/2017, pets and smoking are no longer allowed in the winery.
