Business Description
Michelle grew up in Arlington, VA, and is a serious animal lover from way back. She was lucky to be surrounded by all types of animals from an early age. It started with Tootsie the tortoise in Montessori school. There were always animals around the house, including: Jasper the goat, Rasputin rat, countless gerbils, Charlie the horse and many, many cats and dogs. Even T. Rex the horned toad! "Animals were the one common ground in our family. We all are passionate about them, and there isn't one exception."
After a career in retail management that included many years at Whole Foods Market, Michelle took time off in 2005 to travel and also lived in England & Canada. Michelle and her kitties: Sunny & Kisa moved back to the Boston where she decided (as the saying goes) to "Do what you love!" and opened pet city sitters in July of 2010.
