Business Description
Jaime is a local yoga student and teacher, yoga therapist, energy therapist, and healer. Jaime began her yoga practice as an outlet for stress and self-care while in graduate school studying clinical mental health. She quickly learned that the benefits of yoga reach far beyond stress-management, discovering an unparalleled form of healing and management of her own anxiety and depression through yoga, as well as a deep connection to self and beyond. Jaime is passionate about sharing the healing elements of yoga with her students as they find inner strength, harmony, and peace. Her classes emphasize body/mind alignment, breath, energetic awareness, mindfulness, and self-acceptance. Jaime received her 200-hour training at Yogaia Yoga School and studied Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan with Sierra Hollister. In 2017, Jaime opened Omology, a holistic mental wellness practice.
