The husband and wife team of Keith Hamrick and Jen Lovrak, with a combined 22 years of experience in the coffee industry, are passionate about sourcing and selecting only the finest beans from around the world.

Northbound Coffee Roasters only roasts to order to ensure that its customers receive the freshest coffee possible. Each week, the roasters roast throughout the week and ship everything out by Friday to begin anew the following week. Every bag is hand-packed and dated to guarantee the coffee drinker the freshest coffee possible.

Northbound Coffee only roasts a tiny number of beans in each batch, and each green bean that enters the workspace is shaped by the geography and climate of the farm where it is grown. Dolores is the chief packer and in charge of their fulfillment center, communicating with the roasters to let them know what coffees have been ordered and then packing and preparing coffees to be shipped to customers.
