Became owner of Metalaire Louver in 1999. Married to the love of his life, Erinn Rawlings and father of four wonderful children; Bella, Weyland, Gunnar and Roman. Jim's passion for metal working also happens to be his hobby. One of his favorite metal hobbies is "hand metal spinning" which is similar to pottery with metal. He also has a love for animals which was ingrained through Jay Conrad a lifelong friend and mentor.
We manufacture sheet metal and forged iron goods with an emphasis on copper ornamentals. We offer the ability to custom match plans and historical replications. We work with most all materials and are always researching new finishes and techniques. Our craftsmanship reflects over 100 years of experience. Our copper product line includes roof finials and spires, cupolas, decorative dormer vents in all shapes and sizes, chimney caps and shrouds and decorative range hoods.
