Business Description
At 15, Lisa started her career in health & fitness as a group fitness instructor. She earned a BS is Exercise Science & then an MA in Community and School Health, both from Ball State University. Lisa has worked in Cardiac Rehab. & Health Promotions. She has over 25 years experience in group exercise & personal training.
At 35 & pregnant, she was on strict bed rest for nearly 4 months. Going from extremely active to completely sedentary, weight gain was inevitable. The extra weight brought on depression & excuses, lots of excuses. When her son was 2, she left her personal training clients to stay home full time (another excuse). Not long after, she was diagnosed with peri menopause. It was a struggle to get her hormone levels within a good range. Jan 2010 was a turning point. Lisa committed to making a difference in herself & others. Now she is in the best shape of her life & has dedicated herself to helping others reach their personal best, especially menopausal moms!
