The owner of Kitchen Conservatory, Anne Cori has taught cooking classes for twenty years. She trained by working in restaurant kitchens in Italy, France, and New Orleans. She operated a catering business, Amuse-Bouche Catering, in St. Louis for ten years. She has produced several videos on cooking called Mastering the Kitchen. She is a Certified Culinary Professional by the International Association of Culinary Professionals.
