Business Description
Hi, I'm Anneli. I am a board certified music therapist (MT-BC) and certified sound, Reiki, and Theta healer. I am also a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher. I am very passionate about helping people remember how to heal themselves and focus on empowering people to develop a strong self-care practice and learn to love themselves in body, mind, and soul.
I received my Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Music with focus on the piano from Hendrix College and my music therapy degree from Appalachian State University. I also have a sound healing certificate, am trained in Level II Reiki, and Basic DNA Theta healing. During the pandemic I received my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Kripalu. I completed my music therapy internship at Langley Porter Psychiatric Hospital & Clinics in San Francisco in 2014. I have professional and personal experience working with mental health, substance abuse, spiritual awakenings, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, adolescents, and geriatric populations.
