Kim purchased Heart Bead from original illustrious owners, Kim and Greg, in April of 2013. She was an employee at the store for 4 years prior (from 2004-2008) and was thrilled when the opportunity arose to follow in Kim and Greg's footsteps. Kim tries very hard to balance traditions and customs of free help and creative guidance in the store with expanding the business to find new unique and special items that can't be found anyplace else!
