Business Description
Like many of you, I had always struggled to maintain a healthy weight - although I would consider myself a long-time athlete, very active in sports and outdoor recreation. In my 20's and 30's, I spent a great deal of energy focused on climbing the corporate ladder and found I wasn't making fitness a priority, not to mention I was living in extreme ways. Work hard. Play harder.
I'd go through bouts of major fitness success. At 26 I reached my lowest weight of 135lbs and had completed 3 marathons. By the time I hit 36, I was barely getting out of the house for a walk, eating horribly, and weighing in at 192lbs...and working about 65 hours a week, traveling 3-4 weeks out of the month.
By the winter of 2012, I'd left my corporate career, became a Certified Hypnotherapist, Certified Professional Coach, and focused my passion for fitness on a quest to help others find their ideal wellness for life.
