I own Evia Greek, along with my wife Chrysoula. Born and raised in Bellevue, PA, 12 minutes north of downtown Pittsburgh. My Dad and his 2 brothers operated the Bellevue Restaurant for 40 years. The three brothers immigrated to Pittsburgh during the 1950's. Our family has been part of the Bellevue community for over 60 years and we believe strongly in Bellevue's potential. The inspiration for Evia Greek was from our family's history in Bellevue, but also to share our Greek culture and it's food. We only use authentic Greek recipes and ingredients to create genuine Greek culinary experience.
We are the experts on Greek cuisine! The owners, Chris and Chrysoula, are first generation Greek-Americans. Both sets of grandparents immigrated from Greece. Our menu is derived from family recipes, handed down from our parents. Our other business, Salonika Imports, specializes and importing Greek food products. We travel to Greece every year to procure the finest Greek specialties. Evia Greek is proud to share our Greek heritage and especially our Greek cuisine!
