Business Description
Chris has been an automotive technician for over 15 years. He started his passion for mechanics at 14, tearing down and rebuilding a motor by himself in his parents' garage. From there he took automotive repair classes in high school and was able to secure a scholarship that led him to achieve a work/study program through Glendale Community College with the support and sponsorship of General Motors. This allowed him to receive his Associates Degree in Automotive Mechanical Repairs and become a GM certified Automotive Technician. After school, he immediately continued his work at Sands Chevrolet in Glendale, AZ. Chris worked at Sand's for about 10 years before relocating to Pagosa Springs, CO. After several months in Pagosa Springs, Chris recognized the need for more exceptionally trained mechanics to serve the community. Chris opened the shop in 2009 and since has become an ASE Master Certified Technician.
