BioCreativity and a natural ability to enable communication between horses and riders, Joyce teaches and applies her philosophy that horses are the conduit to learning and building positive human relationship skills. With skill and empathy, Joyce teaches her horseback riding students leadership abilities based on trust and clarity of understanding between horse and human. She loves to teach beginners as well riding with those who "enjoy the ride". She organizes horseback riding, trail rides to parks, private ranches and other locales on the Treasure Coast and the Nature Coast.
Joyce has knowledge gained over forty-two years of experience, with many equestrian disciplines. She has trained and shown Saddleseat, Western Pleasure, Dressage, Hunters, Jumpers, Speed Events, Driving, Lower Level Eventing, Barrel Racing, and Foxhunting, as well as being involved in the industries of Thoroughbred Horse Racing and Standardbred Harness Racing.
SpecialtiesHorseback Riding on the trails near Tampa, Florida. You will have a ride, that some consider Ecotours, but we consider Equitours! If you are a Beginner, feel confident horseback riding, with quiet, gentle horses, and expert instruction, that someone with 43 years of equestrian experience, including 26 years of her own equestrian business, can offer. If you are experienced , you can enjoy a ride that may be longer, faster or have obstacles that your years of experience and knowledge, can truly enjoy and appreciate. You may have not ridden in some time, or perhaps no longer own horses. Maybe you have horses at home and did not want to haul them on vacation. Your horse is a horse that never leaves the pen. You could be a Gran Prix jumper or a former steer wrestler. You could be a first time rider of a horse (Walmart horses don't count) or someone who wants to do a cattle drive that has only ridden a horse twice in your life. You will have a Private, Exclusive Horseback Trail Ride, with quality equipment, sporting names like Tucker Saddlery, Circle Y, Bob Marshall, or Stubben. Saddles that offer more comfort and security for the beginner rider, the discriminating rider and the discriminating horse. This is "Your" ride, "Your" friends. You customize your ride to you.
