After many years of preparing paella for friends and family for New Years Eve and other special occasions, I wanted to share this with others. What we offer is the same care and preparation for creating a great party to your event that you would experience at our house. I think to think we are a "farm to pan" when it come to the style of paella and menu we create. Every ingredient is chosen with intent. The intent to create a special moment.
