Business Description

I am a former active duty Marine, certified Life Coach, Strength & conditioning fitness trainer, active member of International Sports Science Association (ISSA), an IDEA Health and Fitness member & a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, working with those looking to improve and maximize their health and fitness through loss of body fat, improving their blood pressure and blood sugar levels, and establish good nutritional habits. An avid athlete, I thoroughly enjoys sports of EVERY kind, particularly football, basketball, tennis, golf, biking, hiking, snow-shoeing, cross-country, hunting and fishing. I believe that one should be able to adapt rather quickly to learning, whether in life or sport, and in my mind strength training absolutely helps facilitate this way of being. I believe in building strength by promoting lean muscle growth and development, and know this is beneficial to everyone, young and old alike.
