Janell Flores Bolte was taught to meditate at the tender age of 6 by her aunt/godmother and has been a dedicated student of the practice for much of her adult life.
She holds an MA in art education and has launched and developed programs affecting Bay Area women, children and families for over two decades.
Following several harrowing years of trauma, loss and the illness of her spouse, Janell has dedicated her life to working and living in the trenches of the heart.
She is a qualified MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher through the University of Massachusetts Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care and Society.
She also leads workshops and coaches individuals one-on- one, focusing on practices that can lead to a life filled with gratitude, compassion and abundance.
