Business Description
Michael H. Talbot comes to us most recently from the City of Lampasas, where he served as the City Manager for 9 years. Prior to that, he was the City Manager for the City of Bastrop from 1993 to 1997. He was thought so highly of that when the City Manager position in Bastrop came open in 2006, he was immediately sought after to return to our fair city.
He also served the cities of Mission and Terrell as City Manager and the American National Bank of Terrell, as Vice President of Economic Development. Currently Mr. Talbot serves as Vice President for The Lost Pines Groundwater Conservation District and is an active participant in the National Historic Commission, Bastrop Chamber of Commerce and other organizations.
