Business Description

Ellen Sevigny founded Yoga in the Park as part of the Good Ideas program of Children, Families and Communities a 501(c)3 nonprofit. Yoga in the Park has since become an official program of Children, Families and Communities.

Ellen Sevigny became a certified teacher through the Nosara Yoga Institute in Nosara Costa Rica. She has completed a Masters in Contemplative Psychotherapy, from Naropa University and she hopes for Yoga in the Park to continue to offer connection to inner wisdom, our earth, and each other. Ellen currently supports the instructors of Yoga in the Park from Sitka, Alaska.
