Business Description
Dr. Silver earned his B.S. degree from Michigan State University in Zoology and his D.P.M. degree (Doctor of Podiatric Medicine) from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. After completing his post-graduate training in the Cleveland area he moved to the Twin Cities to begin private practice in St. Louis Park at the Westwood Foot Clinic in 1982, and at the Osseo Foot Clinic in 1989. In the fall of 2010, Dr. Silver combined these two clinics into the new, much larger, modern and up-to-date "Westwood Foot Clinic" in Golden Valley.
Over the years he has been a speaker for the American Diabetes Association of Minnesota, podiatrist for the Twin Cities Marathon (which he has run himself), Senior Center speaker's bureau, worked with the National Indian Health Service in northern Minnesota and Clinical Adjunct Professor of Podiatric Medicine.
