Business Description
I am one of two owners. My background is in exercise science, and I found my passion in the process of trying to improve my health. Being obese for most of my life, I understand the struggles associated with being overweight. As a child, I can remember being tested for diabetes regularly for my weight. Growing up, I participated in athletics, but nutrition was never a priority. Attending Angelo State University, I began to realize the importance of proper nutrition. I partnered up with Dr. Joe Klemczewski and The Diet Doc LLC. for my nutrition education. I have experienced all stages of physique development from 155lbs to my worst at 305lbs. There are several lessons that I have learned along the way as I begin to find my happiness in the ability to control my health. West Texas Strength was established to help others achieve their goals through proper nutrition and strength training practices. I want people to experience the joy of strength, and that strength is more than physical.
