Former Butler University tennis player and current IUPUI Varsity Tennis Coach Brandon Currie acquired West Indy Racquet Club in 2016. It was his life's ambition to own a tennis club and instill in others his passion and energy for tennis. Brandon's love of tennis began at a young age as he learned of his father's achievements as the first black male to win the City of Milwaukee Boys High School Tennis Title in 1972. Brandon, too, has been lauded with numerous awards and honors including being inducted into the Butler Hall of Fame and authoring his first book "Deuce Point: New Insights to Winning Tennis."
