Donna was previously CEO of Kolb Electric in Baltimore. As part of a third generation family owned business, Donna opened the Baltimore office in 1993, and continued to grow Kolb Electric in the area until founding Walter Electric in 2015. Rich in her heritage, Donna has served in the Electrical Contracting business her entire life.
Donna is also a 2014 Brava! Award winner by Baltimore SmartCEO magazine. This award distinguishes Donna as a top female business leader in Baltimore. She is also a member of a variety of industry organizations, including the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the Maryland Multi-Housing Association (MMHA), and Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW).
