Business Description
Lifelong animal lovers, husband and wife Michael Moore and Marixa Gonzalez, started Wags West in 2010. After meeting in San Francisco, Michael and Marixa relocated to Marixa's former home of New York City, along with their dog, Boo, and cat, Jack.
Once back in New York, Michael, a UC Berkeley grad, and longtime professional dog walker, and Marixa, a Fashion Institute of Technology alum and veteran of the apparel industry, pooled their combined professional experience to launch Wags West.
