Business Description
One year after graduating from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, Don entered the insurance business and has continued for over 48 years. He has worked with employers and individuals with all lines of insurance coverage. He obtained his CLU designation (Chartered Life Underwriter) in 1980.
Don has been very involved in the community of Camarillo. 13 years in the Camarillo Optimist Morning and Noontime clubs. Then 18 years in the Camarillo Rotary Club (Noontime). In addition, he has participated on the board of directors for the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce (6 years), Boys and Girls Club of Camarillo, Ventura County Boy Scouts of America, and the Ventura County Association of Health Underwriters.
Don was nominated for and installed as a "Camarillo Don" in 2016 for his contributions to the Pleasant Valley and Camarillo areas.
He has enjoyed coaching his two sons and daughter in soccer, baseball, and softball over a span of about 35 years.
