Gift Tips
- Bring gently used name-brand clothes, shoes, or purses if you want to sell for cash or store credit.
- Browse the organized racks by size and category to make finding the right fit much easier.
- Look through the men’s section too, since it often has quality finds beyond the usual thrift-store basics.
- Look for name brands like Lululemon, Nike, Levi’s, Coach, Vans, and Vuori for resale value and style.
- Take your time with the shoes, purses, and vintage racks since shoppers often find standout pieces there.
- Watch for Dollar Days Blowout items, where marked pieces can drop to $2 and then $1 on the finale day.
- Browse the back-to-school arrivals for fresh denim, hoodies, sweaters, and other everyday staples added regularly.
- Browse the activewear, denim, handbags, and shoes for current-season pieces at a resale price.
At Uptown Cheapskate, customers can find a wide variety of clothing items, including dresses, tops, pants, skirts, and accessories. The store specializes in gently used clothing that is high-quality and in great condition. Customers can save money by purchasing second-hand items that are still in style, while also reducing waste and promoting sustainability.
In addition to selling clothing, Uptown Cheapskate also offers a buy-and-sell service, where customers can bring in their gently used clothing and receive cash or store credit in exchange. This allows customers to clean out their closets and earn money while also giving others the opportunity to purchase affordable clothing.
