Robert was born in Russia and came to the United States at the age of 20. He began cutting his own hair at the age of 6 and continued throughout his high school and college days. Robert received his barber license from the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology in the state of New York. For over 10 years, Robert had been a family and community barber in Park Slope, Brooklyn. In February 2017, his friend Mark offered him the opportunity to work as a manager and master barber at Upper East Side Pro Barbers. Robert’s mission is to continually provide exceptional barbering services and sharpen the skills of the next generation of master barbers.
