Business Description

Larry began his career in the fitness industry as a certified aerobics instructor and over the years has taught and been certified in many exercise modalities, including Spinning, Body Pump, Yoga, New York City Ballet Workout, Urban Rebounding, and Concept II Rowing, just to name a few.

But it was with Pilates that he found the perfect solution to all his fitness concerns. Here was an exercise program that had the strength of weight training, the flexibility of yoga, the discipline of dance, and the rehabilitation of physical therapy.

Since receiving his instructor training in 1996 in New York from the renowned Pilates Grandmaster Romana Kryzanowska, Larry has strived to instruct and inspire all his students and teacher trainees in the traditional method of Pilates. It is his hope to foster the preservation of Joe's original teachings, so that his work will continue to inspire future generations.
