Business Description
Terri is the owner of TS Wellness. Growing up as a dancer, she has always been an advocate of health and fitness. She feels it's not just a job, but where her passion and heart is driven from. She graduated N. Virginia School of Massage Therapy in Falls Church. In her career of 7 years, she has received certifications and training in many modalities and continues to educate. While her specialties are in sports, rehabilitation, deep tissue massage, and soma cupping, she also offers connective tissue, Thai reflexology and hot stones.
In 2011, she expanded her training and received her certification as a Pilates Instructor from PHI Institute. She is certified in Reformer, Tower, Chair, Matwork as well as Total Barre by Stott.
She has been part of a team of therapists that provided sports therapy and rehabilitation massage for the Washington Resdskins players during the 2015 and 2016 season.
