Business Description
A native of St. Louis, Michael graduated from University City High School and Webster College. In 1972, after spending 6 months being trained to teach TM with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the founder of TM, Michael became one of the leaders of the St. Louis TM Center, instructing almost 1,000 people.
"I learned to meditate because it seemed so easy and right. And then I started to see my life change. I saw myself becoming the person I wanted to be. It's now 45 years later and it's still happening. What a journey.''
When asked about teaching, Michael responded, "People say you teach what you want to learn. I love understanding how developing greater consciousness brings progress in one's life. By teaching others how to develop consciousness, I am constantly in the midst of that process. For me, it's like understanding one of life's great mysteries, the process of evolution and personal growth. It's deeply satisfying and there is great joy in sharing it."
