In 2005, the resort was purchased by a new owner, leading to many improvements and updates. More rental cabins and campsites with updated utilities were added while cable and wifi were installed with access by the majority of the sites. Banquet facilities were updated and extended to accommodate 150+ people. The covered bridge lends itself to a beautiful wedding reception area.
