Business Description
Our Story: Jim and Rhonda are high school sweethearts. We have 6 children and 5 grandchildren. Still in love after 30 years of marriage. Jim served 25 years as a professional Lt. Paramedic in the Seattle area Fire Service. Jim retired in 2007 and began operation of a restaurant chain in Olympia, WA. We are true entrepreneurs. Rhonda started the chain with a small drive thru coffee shop serving quick serve food and gourmet espresso. Customers have always loved our passion for providing exceptional service at a great price. One day Jim was prompted to pursue a medical career. Much research landed him at the UND Medical School website. On faith, we packed up our kids and moved to a place we had only seen on a map. We immediately felt at home with the people of this area. We really missed the restaurant business and began looking for a location for another restaurant. With God's help and direction, here we are.
