Business Description
Carlos and his wife, Anna, have been in the The UPS Store business for quite some time. They began working together in Oakland when the stores were still known as Mail Boxes, Etc. Carlos went in to business here in Half Moon Bay with a business partner and spent years building up the customer base and sales. Carlos and Anna bought out the business partner and took ownership of the location in 2007. Their son Gabriel has grown up in the store and even is the "poster boy" for some of the products the store offers. Carlos and Anna worked each day by themselves until business grew to the point where they could no longer handle it all. It is still commonplace to see Carlos working with customers and providing the service that Half Moon Bay has come to expect when coming in.
