She has a BA in Political Science & a long history as a writer, teacher, & project manager in the business world. She authors articles related to yoga, health & healing for YogaMint, Life is Good, & Demand Studios.
Lola works with clients in all states of health and fitness to optimize health & minimize illness. She witnesses daily how yoga, breathing exercises & other aspects of holistic, natural health practices - including diet & herbs - help clients live full, vibrant, rich, healthy lives.
