Business Description
In my early 20s I was a weightlifter, often in the gym six days a week. But I was not fit. I woke up with pain every day. My lower back was so bad I couldn't even stand up straight when I got out of bed in the morning.
I was overweight and I took up cycling, my situation didn't improve. I began to experience stabbing pains when I pedaled. One day...the turning point...was when I leaned forward to pick something up. I felt a "pop" and suddenly was in excruciating pain.
I was diagnosed with degenerative disk disease, scoliosis and arthritis in my spine.
I worked with a physical therapist that helped me change my lifestyle through exercise and sound nutrition. I slowly but steadily improved. I started to educate myself so that I could continue to reduce my pain and return to an active life. Today I am more active than ever and in the best shape of my life!
SInce then it has been my mission to help others achieve their fitness goals.
