Business Description
That Art Place was founded by Ben and Michelle Weaver in January of 2014. Michelle has always had a dream of opening her own studio and Ben is an entrepreneur at heart. Michelle has a degree in Art and Education and previously taught in the public schools for 5 years. This experience prepared her for this industry but also awakened her to the great need for creativity and artistic expression in our society. With many schools lacking art education and families who are busier than ever, the Weavers recognized the opportunity to provide a joyful creative space for families, childern and adults. Together they are using their skills to offer memorable experiences and education to the local community.
