Business Description
My name is Brandell and I've been in the real estate market for 25 years now. I was one of the first agents in Texas to offer Rebates to buyers and sellers when they purchase or sell a home. Basically, I take the 3% commission that I make when I represent you and I credit 2.5% of that commission back to you at closing when you buy a new construction home through a builder anywhere in Texas. (Since the rebate is so large, it usually covers your closing costs). I also offer a rebate on pre-owned purchases - anywhere from 1-2% depending on the price point and the level of service the buyer requires. I cover Houston, Dallas, Austin and San Antonio and everywhere in between! I also list homes for sellers at a substantial discount which enables sellers to price their homes more effectively - and it's much less expensive to sell a home through me as opposed to a traditional Realtor who keeps the full commission for themselves.
