Business Description
Jim Young grew up working at his father's lumber yard. During his teen years, he spent his summer's delivering lumber and framing home's and buildings. Jim went on to Iowa State University to attain his construction engineering degree while working at Manatt's Concrete in Ames.
After working a number of years in commercial project management, in 2012 Jim had a dream of starting his own business building homes. His focus on building strong relationships with his commercial clients transferred over to his desire to take excellent care of his custom home building clients through constant communication and thoroughly answered questions.
Partnered with his wife, Julie Young, Realtor with RE/MAX Real Estate Group, Jim and Julie are a dedicated team in regards to working together to make the build process as smooth as possible. They love getting to know their clients and figuring out what features will best suit their lifestyle and make their new house feel like Home!
