Yes. Target gift cards can be redeemed, for all or part of their value, anywhere in a Target store or on Target.com. Gifts sent through Giftly can be used online at Target.com or at any store location. Digital Gifts sent through Giftly can be redeemed by the recipient as a Visa gift card in the mail, as a credit to their bank account, or as a credit to their PayPal account.
How do I use a Target gift card online?
Browse through products on Target.com, add them to your cart, and navigate to checkout when you’re ready to make your purchase(s). In the Payment section, select Edit and then select the “Apply a Target gift card” checkbox. You can use up to 10 Target gift cards per order at checkout. To redeem your Gift through Giftly, all you need to do is go to the “Redeem” tab on the website. Digital Gifts sent through Giftly can be redeemed as a Visa gift card in the mail, as a credit to your bank account, or as a credit to your PayPal account.
Is a Target Giftly the same as a Target gift card?

Can you exchange Target gift cards?
