Tamara Brown, is Not Your Average Trainer and the owner of TamB. Fitness, a native of Columbia, SC and a USC graduate. Tamara holds a BA in English. She's a Certified Fitness Trainer & Corrective Exercise Specialist, certified by the National Academy Sports Medicine. Tamara has a heart for helping women and is passionate about all things fitness. Her straightforward approach, creativity, authenticity, professional knowledge & personal experiences have all shaped the dynamic family like culture of TamB. Fitness. Tamara is excited to offer a women's specific training facility and looks forward to the growth and expansion of TamB. Fitness in the years to come. Tamara is married to Reggie Brown and they have two children, Danielle & RJ.
