Business Description
Dr. Evelyn Tom is a native of San Diego. She was raised in Lemon Grove, CA and attended Mt. Miguel High School. She has always had a strong bond and love of animals, and as a teenager worked as a kennel cleaner in a veterinary hospital. She graduated with honors from UC Irvine and decided to go directly to veterinary school. She then graduated from Colorado State University School of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in 1998.
Dr. Tom practiced in a very busy practice in Los Angeles for 6 years, before deciding to move back to San Diego. Dr. Tom has developed special interests in: artificial insemination, surgery, and ultrasound. She is very happy being a business owner, wife, and new mom.
Her primary focus is the the care of your pet and great customer service. When not at work, she dedicates her time to her children and husband. Personal interests include: following the Padres, returning to marathon running to accomplish a 3rd marathon, and her pets.
