Pastors Walt and Sharron Scott moved to Trinity County from Southern California in 2002. They are now both retired from their employment with the County of Trinity. They live locally, and minister to the community with their outreach "Let Go and Soar Ministry" with uplifting and edifying messages and gatherings once a week. They are non-denominational, independent pastors. They have 6 adult children and (so far) 12 grandchildren living in Southern California. They attend Mountain Chapel Church in Weaverville, and travel to other locations to speak by request.
