Business Description
In December of 1992, Todd graduated from Nashville Auto Diesel College as class valedictorian and received the prestigious Craftsman Award. After graduation, he moved back home and began working at several fleet repair shops and dealerships around Cape Girardeau. Todd eventually became an ASE Master Truck Technician as well as a Missouri State Inspector and a certified Hy-Rail Inspector. In 1997, Todd and Deborah decided it was time for him to go on his own. They opened Scheffer Truck Service, Inc. in Dutchtown, MO. By 2008, they had outgrown their shop and were tired of battling the yearly floodwaters, so they moved a mile up the road to their current facility. Well, it turned out to be the right move, and Scheffer Truck Service had enough regular business by 2014 to add six more bays.
