I Strive to create fun , unique workouts that make you feel invigorated and motivated to do more! In 26 years of being a personal trainer, I've found that outdoor training is the best way to do this. I became passionate about outdoor group training after graduating from the U.S. Air Force TACP school in 1994, located at the Air Force Special Operations Headquarters, in Hurlburt Field, Florida. 2 years later I received my first personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise while serving at Ft. Hood, TX. Because of my passion for exercise and excellent service record, I was asked to administer the Physical Training program to the 11th Air Support Operations Group, which carried with it a requirement to be certified as a Master Fitness Trainer through the U.S. Army. I was very successful at managing my training programs and at keeping members of my Special Operations Unit combat ready, for this reason I was promote.
