Business Description
I started with Saleme Insurance on February 1st, 1993 as a commercial insurance producer. I was responsible for cultivating, writing and servicing new commercial customers to the agency. I managed the renewal process, as well as growing a book of commercial business. I worked in this capacity for the next 10 years as well as being the Sales Manager starting in 1997. Over the course of that time I helped set up budgets and a marketing plan for the agency. I also revamped our proposals and the renewal process. On January 1st, 2004 I purchased the agency. Since that date I have taken on additional roles with the agency. I still service all of the clients that I have written over the years but I am now also responsible for the management of the staff and setting their goals. I set the vision and lead the team towards our individual as well as the agency's goals. I review the budgets and handle employee reviews with the help of my wife, Jennifer.
