Business Description
Rocky Shemwell founded S&S Drywall in 2006 with his brother Jacob Staggs. When Rocky and Jake were young, their uncle, Jack Walker, owned a drywall company out of Collinsville and both boys were put to work doing drywall during their summer breaks. After Rocky graduated high school, he quit working for his uncle's company and began working for Wilke Window and Door. After a distinguished 9 year career working there, he began a new job with IKO Roofing products as a Manufacturer's Representative. From the time Rocky was a teenager he dreamed of owning his own company so when Jake let Rocky know he had the same dream, they joined forces and became S&S Drywall.
Rocky is married to Kim, has two sons, and a daughter. The family enjoys going on vacation, camping, boating, float trips, and most other outdoor activities during their free time. During the normal routine, the Shemwell's attend church regularly and do their best to be a witness and example for Christ.
