Business Description
Russell Martin owner, Dave Martin, learned the carpet cleaning business first-hand from Russell's Dry Cleaners in downtown Naperville while attending North Central College. Dave learned about different fabrics, materials and stains. In addition, Dave learned from Russell what they didn't teach in school: the fine art of customer service.
In 1978, Dave bought the carpet cleaning side of the business from Russell and in 1984, added carpet sales to the business after clients continued to ask where they should buy new carpet. Today Russell Martin is well known for the sales and service of high quality carpeting and rugs and exceptional customer service.
