Tom has served as President of Richmond Fencing Club's Board of Directors and 501(c)(3) since its inception, and also serves as the Club Manager, responsible for setting Club policy, oversight of day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions. Tom has also been a C-rated Epee fencer, having previously taken lessons from Jeff Snider and Allen Evans, and is a Nationally rated Foil Referee (F5)
