Ray actually predates "personal training" by 15 years. Ray began training elite athletes in the early 70's as a Certified Master Level Ice Hockey Coach, National Coaching Instructor for U.S.A. Hockey, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Professional Power Skating Instructor and Nutritionist. Ray has coached over 20-professional hockey players, including 3-first round N.H.L. draft picks, 2-U.S. Olympians and 5-U.S. national players.
Ray's teams have also won numerous championships at the highest levels, including 1-world championship, 2-national championships 3-national championship runners up, 5-state titles and too many tournament and league championships to count.
To this day, Ray continues to train numerous high school athletes, people of all ages that desire to loose weight and become healthier, and post rehab patients who need continued help with their recovery. He is the most sought after personal & athletic trainer/coach in northern lower Michigan..
