Dan is also the creator and founder of his first juice bar business in Baltimore called Pure Raw Juice. He started Pure Raw Juice in Jan. 2015 and then opened up a second store in Towson, MD. He then moved back to Delaware, where he once lived for a few years before moving to Baltimore, to start Raw Essential in 2018 which after a year he felt the need to establish a 100% vegan restaurant so he changed the store name from Raw Essential to Daily Veg in Spring of 2019.
